Barach

Een hoofddruïde of Ulster. Barach diende as chief druïde to Conchobar Mac Nessa in the later part of de koning’s life.

It was Barach who interpreted the signs of the darkening sky, and told Conchobar about de dood of Jesus Christ. Conchobar werd enraged over Christ’s death and furiously began hacking a tree, until he was overcome and stierf aan een oude wound to his head.
